North Lakes – The Pines, Stage 1 & 2 (Complete)
Set 200 metres from the Pine River, bordered by gum-tree corridors, and surrounded by native bushland. Pine River Estate has 186 allotments and is surrounded by large open space corridors and natural bush. There are a number of nature reserves and an abundance of wildlife.
Corporate Landscape Services was awarded Stage 1 of the Pine Rivers Estate early 2012. Works included: street scaping, wetlands and bushland weed control and revegetation.
Bli Bli – Halcyon Landing, Stage 1 & 2 (Complete)
Located on a 50 acre site on the banks of the Maroochy River, Halcyon Landing is a housing development site bordered by a 2km signature walking trail and extensive parklands.
Corporate Landscape Services was awarded Stage 1 of Halcyon Landing early 2012. Works included: Landscaping, streetscaping, turf supply and lay, wetlands and nine (9) hectares riparian area maintenance.
Bli Bli – Cutters Ridge Estate, Stages 1 to 4, Park and Revegetation
Cutters Ridge Estate is a high quality, low density residential development which is nestled between David Low Way and Petrie Creek in Bli Bli.
Corporate Landscape Services was awarded Stage 1 of 4 at Cutters Ridge Estate late 2012. Works included: Landscaping, Streetscaping (soil, mulch, treeplanting) , wetland planting, garden edges and ongoing maintenance.
Sunshine Coast Council – Landscape Maintenance Contracts
Landscape maintenance for the southern areas of Sunshine Coast Council (including: Caloundra, Beerwah, Maleny, South Kawana). Work includes garden and biobasin maintenance.
Griffin Koala Offset (Maintenance)
Planted 25,000 Koala food trees and maintenance for four (4) years of same, on a 40 hectare site. Project is part of the Moreton Bay Rail Link Project through Department of Transport and Main Roads.
Lower Sandy Creek Rehab – Enoggera (Maintenance)
Weed control on a two (2) hectare site and planting of 50,000 trees and maintenance for two (2) years. Project began at end of 2012 for the Department of Defence and John Holland. Part of the project included laying of approximately 700 Coir Logs along the creek bank, along with Jute Mat and Jute Mesh to protect the weak areas. All staff were trained in: Working at Heights, as much of the work required abseiling.
